God gave each of us a voice—the very least we can do is USE it. The microphone shouldn’t be a fear factor. Instead, it should be the platform to allow us to speak life into all of whom we have the opportunity to grace. We just have to make sure that we do it correctly.

All students of Executive Reign learn the basic fundamentals of public speaking: clarity of thought, diction, articulation, and overall delivery. The key to mastering all of this is repetition. “The more you speak, the better you will become.” Students are given prompts to practice rehearsed orations, topics for extemporaneous questions to learn how to speak without prior preparation, and other assignments to sharpen their skills.

By the end of my coaching session, students gain the confidence and poise to deliver any kind of speech! They truly command the microphone!

Anyone who knows me, knows that the above quote is my FAVORITE. I open all of my orations, workshops, and sessions with it. It is the essence of who I am. Why? Because it is the driving force for which I live my life. We live in a society where people will constantly tell you who you are not, what you can’t do, and what you will not become. However, I beg to differ. How dare you allow someone else to determine your destiny? If you want it, go and get it. It’s that simple. So, who are you not to be? Who are you not to achieve your dreams? Who are you not to make an indelible mark on this world? Who are you not to be absolutely wonderful?
